We run 3 blocks of 12 mat classes during the year to correspond with school term times. Over the summer period, a scaled down programme operates bookable in advance on an ad hoc basis.
Mat classes run for about 1 hour and with a maximum of 12 participants, usually less. This enables the teachers to adapt exercises to match individual needs and to ensure that everyone takes maximum benefit from the class.
If you are new to Pilates, you need to join a Beginner class or book a Private session before joining a regular class. A free Beginner Try Out session is held once a month, usually on Saturdays. Please call to book and check the dates.
The maximum number in the class is 10 and not 12, and the Free Saturday Try Out is held every couple of months, and not every month.
